Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday. There is a minimum of one week rental: $2,200 per week (and $325/night for any additional nights) plus a cleaning fee and short term rental tax*

There is a minimum three night rental: $2,200 per week or $325/night for any three consecutive nights - plus a cleaning fee and short term rental tax*
Off Season (November - April)
There is a minimum two night rental: $1,600 per week or $250/night for any two consecutive nights - plus a cleaning fee and short term rental tax*
*There will also be a refundable security deposit. If high occupancy, more than 4 people/4 dogs, there is an additional fee.
