May through September is a one week minimum ($2,000/wk - plus cleaning and taxes)

October is a three night minimum. ($275/night plus cleaning and taxes)

May: No remaining availability. NOTE: Dogs allowed on beaches until the Friday before Memorial Day

September: September 20th-27th; September 27th -October 4th. Dogs allowed back on beaches after Labor Day (September 2, 2025)

October: October 10th through October 12th; October 17th through October 19th; October 24th through October 31st

2025 POST-SEASON AVAILABILITY (November - December)
